ABOUT

We are BLACK CURRANT, an all-female three-piece from the Netherlands, formed out of the shared desire to do things our own way. Together we do interviews and photo shoots, make zines, host events and DJ.

BLACK CURRANT mag is an online music magazine which focuses on doing promo that is different. We want to talk about passions and hobbies, we want to know your ideas about the world. Talk politics or latest crafts and art. Dream together and do anything crazy we come up with on the spot. Show you something of the city you’re visiting, and actually make memories. Our printed zine is published yearly and stays true to the DIY-aesthetic of our beloved punk scene. Send us an email if you wish to order a copy.
